My specialty is trigger point therapy, a highly effective method for addressing stubborn knots, tension, and referral pain patterns. Alongside trigger point work, I also provide deep tissue massage, relaxation techniques, and personalized bodywork designed to restore balance and reduce pain.
I previously worked at Spa Bleu for three years, where I built strong relationships with clients and further developed my skills in pain relief and restorative massage. When Hurricane Helene unfortunately flooded the spa, I shifted my practice and became part of Heather’s Massage Therapy LLC. Now, I’m proud to offer my therapeutic massage services in Hernando, FL, continuing to serve the local community with care and dedication.
