After nearly twenty years of working hands-on with clients, I’ve noticed that the biggest changes often come from the smallest insights — a shift in how we move, how we breathe, or how we pay attention to our bodies.
That’s why I created Musings. It’s a space where I can share ideas, tips, and reflections from the treatment room and beyond. My hope is that these posts spark new awareness, help you understand your body a little better, and maybe even inspire you to move through life with more ease.
