About Kinetic Rhythm™
Massage That Works the Way You Move.
At Kinetic Rhythm™, we believe the body isn’t static—so massage shouldn’t be either.

Meet Heather McAllister, LMT
Hi, I’m Heather—licensed massage therapist since 2006, with nearly two decades of hands-on experience helping people reduce pain, restore function, and reconnect with their bodies.
I created Kinetic Rhythm™ as a space to go beyond cookie-cutter massage and offer results-driven, movement-based bodywork that works with the body—not just on it.
My Philosophy
Most massage is passive. But you’re not passive. You’re a dynamic, moving human being—your muscles were made to move.
My sessions integrate movement, leverage, and detailed anatomical work to:
- Address the root causes of pain and dysfunction
- Target areas most therapists overlook—especially the trunk, shoulders, and deep stabilizers
- Guide the body through functional motion for deeper release and lasting change
I call this approach The 600 Kinetic Method™ because I aim to reach as many of the body’s ~600 muscles as possible—always adapting the session to the way you move.
What to Expect
Every session is customized. I might use:
- Fingers, forearms, elbows—and your own motion
- Techniques that stretch, compress, or glide across fibers
- Deep, slow work layered with mindful movement
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all massage. It’s a skilled, intentional experience—built to bring your body back into rhythm.

FAQ
- Will I be draped? Yes, you are covered at all times other than the area I’m working on.
- What should I wear to the massage? Anything you’d like, I will leave the room when you get on the table and will tell you to undress to your level of comfort and to slip between the sheets typically face down.
- What kind of oil do you use? I use organic unrefined coconut oil.
- How often should I get a massage?
It depends on your goals. For general wellness, once a month is great. For pain relief or recovery, weekly or bi-weekly may be more effective. - Do you accept walk-ins?
Sessions are by appointment only so that I can give each client my full attention. - Can I choose the pressure level? Absolutely — I adjust the pressure to your comfort, from medium to very deep. Pressure is a preference, but the technique I use is what creates real results.
- Do you work on specific problem areas? Yes. I specialize in shoulders, hips, and trunk work, but I always treat the body as a whole since everything is connected. The amount I can focus on specific areas depends on the session length.
